Good morning Devin,

I am just following up about this complaint that I reviewed with you and Matt this week. I think you are right that the 'personal conflict' should conflict you out of the account. This was the recommendation everyone agreed upon to safely switch the account with both your interests and client's representation in mind.

From your notes, you claimed that:

- you had a meeting on April 17, 2020 with client Brian Kyler

-at some point during the meeting he accused you of 'not being professional/polite/kind'

-you said that you were being professional although you did make a 'joke' that you were not here to be 'a woman being nice to him' or something roughly along those lines

- you said that afterward he was upset by this remark and there was a 'brief moment of intense words' but you did not remember everything that was said. you then said that you told the client you had to leave and told him to reach out if he needed anything else and then you left your office until he left your office.

- at some point after this exchange the client called Matt Kozlowski, who is also a personal friend and remarked that you had some kind of developmental disorder such as 'being on the autism spectrum' and that 'you should inform your clients about this'

- You reported that Matt responded to this call with "it's just one of those things" instead of correcting it or "in the least stating that it was highly inappropriate"

- Matt denies that he said this but does not recall what he said in response to this "if anything"

- You said you learned of the phone call and response from Patrick Camp

-Patrick confirmed that he was told about the phone call from Matt and that Matt told him he thought it was "very strange, kind of funny, and bizarre"

- You said you talked to Matt about the phone call and he told you not to worry about it and to let it go

- You reported you had interactions with the client via email that were somewhat off such as you completed a requested service and the client responded that you "did a very good job on it" and that "you are very smart" and "so capable'

- You said you reported it to Matt who you did not feel "saw it as a problem" and again said to ignore it

- Matt confirmed that he did not see these emails as problematic when you brought them up the first time.

- On June 16, 2020 you had another in person meeting with the client. You said it was very off and you addressed that you felt what he said to Matt in April was not appropriate and that you did not have any developmental disorders. You said the client responded 'that you were aware of' and that 'he knew a lot about spectrum disorders because of personal reasons such as a family member's diagnosis you then said the client stated personal information about your private life such as where you went to college, and 'suggesting some type of brain injury from past atheletic activities' and other personal history that made you "very uncomfortable given the history and situation"

- On June 16, 2020 you discussed everything with Matt noting your concerns and asked to be switched off the account. You stated that Matt still didn't seem to think it was concerning, and that he stated the client was a nice person who means well and that he knew him, although he did think the situation was 'very odd' you said Matt joked that you complained the client was 'being nice to you' at one time. you said you told Matt the whole situation made you uncomfortable and you wanted switch accounts. You then said that Matt said it 'didn't seem necessary'

- On June 17, 2020 Matt and I had a meeting with you to go over everything that happened and then we mutually agreed that you had a personal conflict with this account and needed to be switched off the account. In that meeting, Matt stated that he now agreed with your concerns and that this was best for everyone. Matt stated he was sorry for any mishandling of the situation and considering things out of context from what was happening. You, I, and Matt went over the attorney client conflict code of ethics and agreed that there would be no more professional communications between you and this account. You and I then did a written account which I reiterated here and you sent me the emails from before.

Will you just confirm this is accurate or if you want to change anything? -Tracy

Hey Dev, this switch is all set. Matt filled me in on some and gave me the file, said there is a conflict of interest, anything I need to be alerted to---if you're allowed, unless I should go through Matt? Matt has my conflict swap for you, so this works out great.

Also re: photos when did you ever look like that... also please don't look up mine
